In the UK, the company distributes its products and expertise direct, as well as through a number of UK agents.Krantz's R&D laboratory and its manufacturing base are near Aachen in Germany.
Krantz draws on over 40 years of experience in air distribution and air movement. As well as providing products for M&E consultants, the team at Krantz also works alongside consultants to provide bespoke solutions, where needed.
Krantz Systems works with M&E consultants at all stages of the building process, from the design through to the building's commissioning and handover. Krantz prefers to be involved in the earlier stages of the process to enable it to deliver the best level of service to the consultant, and design a system that fully answers the consultants' brief.
Because of Krantz's long experience in the industry it is able to provide solutions to a huge variety of problems very quickly. For example, while it may be the first time a consultant has worked on a hospital building, Krantz's wide experience in this arena enables the company to act as experts to the consultant, creating a solution in a short space of time.  Air distribution
Krantz System's range of air movement and distribution components includes floor, ceiling and wall-mounted diffusers for both high induction and displacement function. Krantz gives full support with help and advice on design and layout.
 Cooling and heating systems
Krantz can provide bespoke heating and cooling systems ranging from chilled beams and chilled ceilings to radiant and convective panels. As chilled beams and ceilings become increasingly popular, Krantz is well placed to design systems which meet required heat loads as well as offer advice on how systems can be combined for maximum efficiency.
 Cleanroom components and systems
From pharmaceutical to electronics industries, food to defence, there is a need for ultra-clean environments. Krantz Systems provide components such as fan filters, absolute filters, laminar flow diffusers and clean air locks.
Environmental systems
Krantz's expertise in environmental systems encompasses nuclear and chemical clear up operations and the exhaust to the atmosphere of a variety of "unfriendly" particles and gases. Krantz can provide the latest carbon filters which absorb smells, radioactive gases and particles as well as organising absolute particle filtration. Using its best safe change filter system, Krantz can safely remove any contaminated filters.
